TATA’s be like…

Posted on March 31, 2019 by jpduijn@gmail.com

A branch set its flames
Into the night
Sounds uncovered
In some hellish fight

Metal was burning
Discharging drops
Covering heartache
That you long forgot

The wind swept its black
Filling your lungs
While catching your breath
It has cut out your tongue

Lives had been taken
But to no dispair
Do your mourning and sniffing
With black in the air

Whitewash your shoulders
Uncover your ground
Let the man take you over
Do your work and be proud
